I have 2 accounts.
1. I used every day
2. another that has not been used for about 4 years.
The No1 account I cannot log into. to ask questions.
Do both of these account operate under the same merchant token ID ?

As far as I'm aware, the merchant tokens are unique to the account.

Why did you open a second account ? - was it for a different category of goods and with all different log-in details and bank account ?
