Amazon buy shipping Evri adjustment charges

Hi, Has anyone had adjustments for Evri parcels bought through Amazon?

We are getting charged twice.

Customer-Entered Dimensions: 19 X 12 X 12 CM Weight: 1000 G

Carrier-Audited Dimensions: 19 X 12 X 12 CM Weight: 1000 G

Other chargeback -£4.88

Other chargeback -£1.22

Other chargeback -£1.22

Amount already paid: £4.09

Total Charge from Carrier -£8.78

So we are paying £8.78 for a parcel 19 X 12 X 12 CM Weight: 1000 G?

Up until today we have a total of 359 parcels similar (total extra charges are £1144.26)

I can see it is off my bi-weekly payments.

Anyone else had this?

3 lines on top left > payments > "Transaction View" tab > "Transaction type" set to "delivery labels purchased through Amazon" > Update

Then you will see the table, have a look at the column "Product Details" look for adjustments.

Evri finance team are looks at it for us.

Any helps would be great.

I was getting all sorts of extra charges on my Evri deliveries bought through Amazon and also the odd credit.?? I couldn’t get any explanation as to what they were for so I buy direct from Evri now and input the tracking manually.

I have an update from Evri saying, It appears there has been an error regarding Revenue Protection charges.

They are going through it and issuing a credit.

I would suggest other people check their Amazon shipping Evri charges, ours is just from October to now.

We have also had this on over 1600 shipping labels yesterday.

Did anyone get any reversed?

Have you managed to stop it from carrying on?

I called EVRI - but they didn't know what it was.

Yes had a load today.

50p extra on a load of packages that were defo in weight and size.

How do we get the charges refunded?

All i had from Amazon (not helpful) help line was a load of crap about how if a package is overweight it will get charged etc.... bla bla bla.

hope its sorted for your soon, but i would recommend you buy labels directly from Evri, via smart send.

btw upto 1kg with Evri is around £2.45 Reverse charge VAt via Packlink and similar price directly with Evri price + vat.

I had £2200 taken out of my account as "Other Charges" , literally hundreds of charges for an extra £5.22 on parcels i sent with Evri in November and December , even though the weights and dimensions were correct . Have spoken to someone at Evri and they said they new about it and we should get credited. As usual amazon give you generic answers not addressing the facts , trying to deflect so that they don't actually have to do actual work .

Its beyond a joke , they have £2200 of my money tied up for 2 weeks now.

Id advise everyone to look at the other charges on the financial pages. Our over charges came through on the 17th and 18th of January.
