Fraud by Amazon Network Service Provider

I engaged an Amazon Network Service to provide certain services in order to grow my business. The service provider needed access to my Seller acc in order to render the services. After 2 weeks, I discovered that this service provider used my account to create fake service requests to itself. These service requests were made using the same username that the service provider used to access my account, however, it presented itself as various sellers from different parts of the world seeking the service provider's services. I believe that they did this in order to artificially inflate their service request numbers on the Amazon Network Service Provider page.

Upon discovering this unethical and fraudulent conduct (I'm also a lawyer), I terminated the service provider's services and wrote a detailed complaint to Amazon, including screenshots of all the evidence in the complaint. I also pointed clearly the sections of Amazon's Supplier Code that this provider has breached by its conduct.

Fast forward almost a month later and despite my repeated follow ups, Amazon has done nothing except for sending me the standard (likely computer generated) "holding over" responses.

The result of Amazon's inaction is that this service provider remains on the Amazon network, advertising its services to unsuspecting Amazon sellers worldwide.

It appears that Amazon does not take fraud seriously and innocent sellers are now vulnerable to unethical and unscrupulous behaviour of these companies who remain on the Amazon network.

Don't engage anyone. Don't do FBA. Do it yourself. Work out how you have to do it within Amazon Rules fair or not. Don't fight Amazon cos you won't win. Then you will be reasonably successful. Simples.
