I don't sell enough to pay Monthly service fee.
How do I sell and get charged per sale by Amazon, right now I am being charged $54.95 a month and I haven't sold a single thing!

You can downgrade to an individual account in your Account settings:
Note: You'll pay $1.00 per sale extra in fees if / when you sell.
