With the best will in the world, sites like Fiverr can be great for certain tasks. I'm not sure it's the best place to find an EU responsible person.

I have just found a supplier today, after weeks of trying to find a good one.
I asked our Chinese supplier if she could help, she linked me to these below.
China based but very easy to deal with, simple process and they offer all forms of compliance to sell into EU, UK or USA.
