FBA fee calculation by ASIN per month

Hello, I understand that we can view product order sales by ASIN by selected period. But is there any way that we can view the actual profit (in dollar amount) after deducting all the Amazon fees by ASIN? Thanks

Amazon do not provide any report to check ASIN wise profits. But as a bookkeeper, I help the sellers to see the ASIN wise report and help them check the non-allocated expenses as well. Thus, help to make important business decisions.

Hi @Seller_9m5p4llSX3wMH,

It sounds like you're looking to calculate net profit per ASIN, factoring in all fees beyond just FBA costs. To set this up manually, the two main data sources would be:

  1. Payment Settlement Reports: These include all fees, charges, and refunds per transaction, such as FBA fees, referral fees, and other Amazon charges.
  2. PPC Data: For advertising costs, downloading the PPC reports will give you the ad spend per ASIN needed to factor into your calculations.

If your order volume is manageable and you're comfortable with Excel (especially pivot tables), you could create a simple tracking system with these reports. But to save time, you might consider third-party software. There are several reasonably priced options that offer per-ASIN profitability tracking and streamline monthly or periodic reports.

And as another commenter mentioned, the reports from your tax consultant will generally be the most reliable source of financial data.

Hope this helps, and good luck with setting up your tracking!

Best regards, Michael

Hi fellow Seller,

You might find the Revenue Calculator helpful on this topic. You have to provide your own cost information in order to see profit, but it is also useful just as a fee estimator as it shows the difference between Peak vs Non Peak FBA fees.

Hi @Seller_c9lY8wF1Vo61O @Seller_i6S8knzW6zU6Z@Seller_6EzAsRF0pWWdm, thanks for the reply. I found that the Selling Economics and Fees under the reports tab could be a useful way for this matter. please check it out and let me know what you all think. I was able to breakdown cost by ASIN and it even showed me the net sales by ASIN within this report as well
