Amazon Has not paid me since October ($10K)

I have a Merch on Demand account and I haven't been paid since October. All I get are automated responses from support. I updated my banking information as one auto-response told me to do, and I still didn't get paid at month's end. I let "support" know this, and I was sent another auto-response to update my banking info. Obviously, this in't going to work. Need assistance.

Just wondering if you have a loan connected to your Amazon account. I had a similar issue, and I had to re-verify with the loan holder. It may not be the case but just thought I would put it out there. My issue was around that same time frame.
