Intellectual Property Violation - Amazon standard responses
I have a historical reseller who has changed my proprietary brand and manufacturer name of a listing to their own trading name. I am now attempting to add this listing to my inventory and correct the incorrect attributes but am prevented by 'Restricted Edit Permissions' due the incorrect brand in the item detail.
My brand is trademarked protected and is enrolled in Brand Registry. I have submitted copies of the Trademark Registration, GS1 EAN certificates, photos of product & packaging showing the correct brand.
I have reported the violation but Brand Registry keep sending a standard reply 'We cannot take action on your report for the reasons listed below. Reports of listing violations must be submitted through Seller Central or Brand Registry' with link to 'Report an Abuse' which is the have already used.
I have contacted Seller Support and Account Health who are unable to assist.
Just going around in circles and making no progress, it would be great to talk to someone the relevant team to resolve this matter.
