Are you able to select the carrier name from the drop-down list?

If you manually add a carrier name in the free-form text field Other and that carrier is not integrated with Amazon, your tracking will be marked as invalid.

You must use the drop-down menu to select carriers who are integrated with Amazon.

Using non-integrated carriers will negatively impact your VTR metrics.
