Save and Finish button does nothing
I am trying to add a new product for sale. I am going through the listing and filling in every required field. There are no red error marks, and the save and finish button is green and active. However, when I press it, nothing happens. If I double click it, a circle spins a few times and then stops.
I can’t think what would be causing this. It is a brand new book, fresh off the press. I have entered a valid ISBN that is registered with the Nielson register. The product is not currently for sale on Amazon, and I have followed the same process with all of my previous books. I have also reentered the listing on the app, and on a different browser, and the same thing occurs each time.
What am I missing?

If the book isnt already listed, then its probably because Amazon haven’t yet picked up the info from Nielsons .

They keep asking for a screenshot, but there’s nothing to screenshot, no message or error code

This is also a huge problem for us. We can add all items where there is already a product page, and we can catalogue DVDs from scratch. But when we try to create a product page with or without an ISBN and try to offer a book for sale the ‘save and finish’ button doesn’t work.

I’m sorry to resurrect this one – has anyone had any luck getting this issus sorted? Both the app and the browser give me the same problem, no highlighted error, but clicking ‘save and finish’ yields nothing.

I’m having the same problem. Save and finish button does nothing. Did any of you sort out the issue coz I see it’s been a couple of months since it was posted.
Well one thing I noticed is that when I convert to FBM then save and finish button starts working. And then when I convert back to FBA sometimes it still keeps working and sometimes it stops working. I’m worried if I send my FBA inventory on the labels I have printed and all of a sudden I can’t edit and save my listing then I’m stuck. And if I convert my listing back to FBM, what will happen to my FBA shipment that I’ve already sent? Will it be cancelled in system?
Has anyone found a permanent solution to this problem?

Hey - i am having same issue with my listings - so i submitted my listing and then two days later i wanted to add more colors to my variation and now the save & finish button does not work. Works fine on other listings of mine.
Amazon Customer Service are unskilled and have just given me same reply - “upload a template” makes no difference now they have not got back to me and i cant send my items to sell as amazon can not sort the issue out.
