I really feel amazon doesn't care sellers at all.
In short, on canada market received a return request customer put a canada website with the lower price for the trainer. I sent him a retrun label. he did not returned it in time he then opened a claim a month later saying the box was empty !! Amazon debited my account for $350 it is really UNBLEVIBILE.
I also have a very strong feeling they either don't really read what i write or they don't really understand ENGLISH. I really hope amazon will have more native speakers !!!!
