Temporary restraining order - case settled - payouts still blocked

Can someone at Amazon help me please? I had a temporary restraining order placed on my Amazon.com individual seller account due to a lawsuit issued against me for trademark infringement.
The case has been settled and dismissed and the legal company instructed Amazon to remove the TRO serval weeks ago. I opened a case to request Amazon remove the TRO and the case is was marked as ‘transferred’ but no further response.
It’s not possible for me to call or to respond to the transferred case so can an Amazon rep please help me. Thank you.

Well, lets hope your Legal company did not send an email. Was the letter sent to Amazon''s legal office in Seattle by certified mail, and a second copy sent to you in the same form. That way you know the correct department received the documentation and when, as you received the same.
Opoening a case with seller support is not the way to go. Your situation is way above their pay scale.
