Prime badge but not next day delivery

Hi.

I have been back and forth with Amazon about this with no result (as usual).

Basically I am only getting 2-3 day delivery or longer on my listings now.
I have tried 20+ postcodes all over the UK all resulting in the same slow delivery despite being prime.
All products are well stocked.

Amazon are saying Covid… It isn’t Covid as one of my ASINS is managing to get next day and it’s the same product as the ones not getting next day (card games) also my lowest stocked product.

Does anyone know if I may have changed some back end settings that could affect shipping times?
I was messing around quite a bit with international listings etc. Is it possible I have changed something without knowing?

Any help would be great.

Small and light are usually sent via RM so only usually show 2 to 3 days
Occasionally you get a good seller that they put in a certain warehouse that gets next day

We have a product with 15 colour variations, 3 of them - white, pink and blue , are on next day, the rest are 2 to 3 days
At Halloween the Black tends to go next day and red at Christmas

If you want you can disenroll them from s&l and they will all be next day - but higher fees though

Yea they are small and light. But even the one still getting next day is small and light. So I disregarded it.

This is great info thank you. It boggles me how SS don’t seem to be able to help in the same way that the forum can, considering its their job.
I even asked SS if it was due to small and light and they replied with a copy and paste about using seller fulfilled, it does make me laugh sometimes.

I’ve noticed quite a large drop in sales since going for small and light so it might actually be worth just sucking up the cost.

We are an SFP seller and I’ve just spotted that we have exactly the same problem, but it’s not Royal Mail related. We are SFP which means we have to send same day and on a next day delivery, so anything ordered now will arrive tomorrow. However, the delivery date is showing to the customer as Saturday. Two examples that I’ve just come across B00UGEMMDI and B077ZDCX32.

I was just about to open a case with SS but thought I’d come on here first. Any ideas please?
