Amazon customer service rubbish
hi, I’ve been selling on Amazon for just over a year now and getting to grips with it all. I must say for one of the most valuable companies on the world their software sucks so bad. Soo many bugs it’s a nightmare.
My most recent one is a potentially high pricing error.
I have sent 3-4 emails to support who just told me to lower the price. Now been waiting 5 days for a reply After trying to escalate to a supervisor.
I have a listing where it clearly states it’s for a box of 28x item worth 13.99.
I have 2 varieties of the same 28x box one went on other didn’t. Both are identical other than ones for diesel ones engine flush.
Really banging my head against the wall.
Same issue with a 10x listing. One went on the other has a high pricing error.

When you say 'Customer Service', I assume you actually mean Seller Support ? - CS is for our customers, not for sellers.
I frequently get potential high price alerts, Seller Support will just tell you to lower your price, as prices are compared across all marketplaces , and Amazon want their items to be the cheapest anywhere !

Are you actually including data in the 'Number of Items' attribute?
Just including it in the title might not be enough.
