All my sales have gone into reserve

From about 2 weeks ago, all of a sudden all my sales have gone into reserves and I'm not sure why. I tried reaching out to Amazon customer service about 2 weeks ago Case No. 15653673161 but I have not received any response from them yet. It is quite frustrating. I would really like to have this issue solved so that I can plan for future shipments. Someone from Amazon customer care, please help

If you are a new seller (as it appears) Amazon will hold reserves from the start to protect themselves from chargebacks and other claims.

Have you had a sudden uptick in sales so you have a "velocity review" going on?

Did you just start selling a new brand that might be one that is 'suspect' on Amazon and is known to require LOAs from the brand?

There can be lots of reasons but being a new seller is at the top of the list!

Hi @Seller_uFjeFl50GymjG

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.

I do see your case is under review, this can take several more days. If you don't hear back from our partner team by next Wednesday - July 31st, please respond back here so that I can take another look.

Cheers,

Connor
