The sale of Pharmacy (P) or Prescription-only (POM) medicines is prohibited for sale on Amazon.co.uk. Further Information can be found on our help
I would like to file a case to remove the violation from my account. I admit that I have violated the policy and have taken the necessary steps. However, I keep getting a response like this: "What evidence can I provide here? What does it ask for? Which policy shows these things?"
Your explanation should include the following information:
-- How the removed listings have not violated our policies.
Please find attached the evidence demonstrating that the removed listings have complied with our company policies.
The response sent by Amazon
Hello,
We received your submission, thank you for bringing this to our attention and removing the listings.
Deleting your listings on the affected ASINs however does not sufficiently address the reason for the violation and will not result in the violation removal from your ##Account Health## page.
What happens if I do not provide the required information?
If we do not receive a response to our previous communication related to this matter, the violation record will remain on your ##Account Health## page for up to 180 days after the listing was deactivated or until the violation is successfully disputed. Currently, our internal team is unable to alter this manually.
Have your listings been removed in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please submit an explanation through your ##Account Health## page by clicking the appeal button next to the impacted ASINs and following the instructions provided:
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?reftag=ah_em_rp
Your explanation should include the following information:
-- How the removed listings have not violated our policies.
-- Evidence that shows that the removed listings have complied with our policies.

you’ve can’t appeal it as you admit you were in the wrong by listing prohibited goods You’ll have to live with the violation until it drops off.

Surely you weren't really selling P or POM medicines on Amazon? If you're in a position to legally hold and distribute those classes of pharmaceuticals, then you already know you can't retail them on Amazon. How did you get into this position?

And if not, should never be reinstated on Amazon and locked up. Even if they are a licenced pharmacy, this must go against their training and licence terms.
This kind of activity cost lives.
