How to add line space on product description

I was hoping someone would be able to confirm with me whether we are aloud to use the line space html tag
to achieve line spacing on our product descriptions. If we are not, then how would I apply a line space to make sure my product description doesn’t look messy?

you are allowed to use html line breaks, as follows (omit the space between the left chevron and letter b, as that’s the only way to show the code on here

that is for one line break, if you want a gap between paras then use 2 line breaks

Be careful as the following policy was introduced last June:
In order to provide security for our customers as well as versatility to list products on non-HTML devices, on June 19, 2021, we will stop supporting the use of HTML tags on detail pages. We discourage any use of HTML content on detail pages as outlined on Product detail page rules.
From June 19, 2021, if an HTML tag is used in any line of a product description, the line will be removed or shown without HTML formatting, depending on the usage of the tag.
