Account deactivated. Impossible to reactivate, nor appeal for the decision. In a loophole!

My account has been deactivated without known reason. I can't reactivate it, nor submit any document.
My account health is: good.
When I contact for an appeal I get an automated reply that it's the wrong channel.
Everything seems blocked! Any help would be welcome.

I have the exact same issue, but with a product which has been deleted because of a false claim. Which is false because I am the brand owner of the product, and it's authentic.
I keep getting the reply:
''Hello, This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel. '' etc.
The steps explained below this first line in the email are the exact same steps I have taken. I'm also in a loophole with this, and I hope someone on this forum (from Amazon) can step in and help us. I'm sure we are not the only ones facing this exact same bug.

I understand that your account is deactivated.
Can you please review your performance notifications? As usually when the account gets blocked, the information is sent there.
To view the performance notification, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to Seller Central
2. Go to "Performance"
3. And then to "Performance notification"
Once you have reviewed it and you still can not provide the information needed from the appeal button, you can open a case sharing your documentation and/or your appeal.
To open a case, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Help Button on the top right in Seller Central
2. Press on "Selling on Amazon"
3. Press on "Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support"

Une fois que vous l'avez examiné et que vous ne pouvez toujours pas fournir les informations nécessaires à l'aide du bouton d'appel, vous pouvez ouvrir un dossier en partageant votre documentation et/ou votre appel.
Pour ouvrir un dossier, veuillez suivre les étapes suivantes :
1. Accédez au bouton d'aide en haut à droite dans Seller Central
2. Appuyez sur "Vendre sur Amazon"
3. Appuyez sur "Obtenir de l'aide pour la contestation du service de santé du compte"

I have also same issue, I am still waiting someone to contact me from Amazon, I can not open case I can not submit documents because submit verification buttons are not working, .
someone give me this email address even they said that we dont care this issue can you send them email maybe they will help you because when I send them email more they are not replying anymore
