Holiday mode turned on for no reason, turned it off and still not getting buybox after 48 hours - Please help!

We’re facing a frustrating issue with our Amazon account that we can’t seem to resolve. Our private label listings (and other ASINs we sell) lost the Buybox after holiday mode was somehow turned on without any action from our end. No one on our team has permission to activate holiday mode, only myself, so we’re not certain how this happened.

I deactivated holiday mode over 48 hours ago as soon as I saw it was turned on, but our offers still aren’t getting the Buybox back, even though our account health is in good standing with no product condition issues, chargebacks, or other policy violations. This is really hurting our sales, and Amazon Seller Support hasn’t been able to provide a clear answer on why this is happening or how to fix it.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on what steps we can take to get our Buybox eligibility back would be greatly appreciated!

Would appreciate if the mods could chime in on this, this is causing great damage to our private label listings sales rank, which we put a great deal of time and money in to build up. I am just shocked this can happen out the blue.

Thanks in advance for your help!
