Not permitted to register account due Country of Residence

Hello , we are already selling on UAE and Australia Market. We want to register for Egypt, but when do the applyimng steps we get a notification that we are not permitted due to our Country of Residence ???

Anyone can refer to that ??

Is it that timing when it says "Sellers from your country of residence are---"?
