I received a claim request from email address "Amazon_AtoZ_Claims at sedgwick.com" regarding order ID 112-0933022-2264238 . I checked this order in "Manage A-to-z Claims" my seller account and it said that "No claims Found". Is this a genuine Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee claim? Kindly assist.
