I am selling on Amazon EU marketplaces since Nov 2019 and suddenly I got this message on Jan 02 2021 when I loged in to my account
Not Authorised You XXXXXXXX do not have access to the merchant:XXXXXXXX
I cannot contact the UK customer service, I cannot check my orders, I cannot do anything.
I cannot access to the settings of my account.
I cannot reply to customer messages… I cannot do anything.
I used the same email to my buyer account as well but no issue with that.
And aslo I am currently selling via Amazon US,CA,SA,AE with the same email as well.
How can I resolve this
Could anybody please help me?

You must have some kind of suspension in place. Whether that be verification or something else I have no idea.
You need to check your performance notifications.

Yes, these 2 (forum) seller accounts are linked by the same person. I imagine user permissions were removed.
You will need to check account notifications and deactivation message.

Just a thought but it may be a verification issue, there is a flag on companies house against the company as you failed to submit your confirmation statement last November, meaning the company is at risk of a striking-off notice, even if this is not the current issue it will become one so you need to get that filed as a matter of urgency.
