variation created by Amazon and we could not split or update
dear Amazon,
we are the brand owner but could not build our own variation on amazon.ca.(more details could be found in the case 16048252831).
the variation controlled by Amazon retail is very misleading and quite not appropriate. some asins are the only child in a variation, making the variation pointless. while some sizes and colors are missing from other variations, making the variation seems incomplete and frustrating.
but when we try to create our own variation, it simply would not work.
can u help us by looking into the case 16048252831, and remove all variation for asins in 16048252831?
we just want to sell our product in the correct variation, and ensure our customer would ot be misled
