The customer service capabilities are not proficient at all, they are all copying and pasting, they are all shirking responsibility, they are unwilling to spend any time investigating, they are unwilling to communicate seriously, their work attitude is very bad, communication efficiency is very low, a simple problem, constantly changing customer service, which leads to the problem being constantly described, and no responsible customer service is found. I looked into the case details and noticed that you wanted to make a brand name change for your ASIN. Since it is labeled generic now, the support representative cannot make the brand name changes with the current information given as per product detail page rules.
However, you do state in your case that the ASIN was labeled under your brand name before. Could you please provide me the case ID of when they were granted the brand name change? I will take this to a specialist team to review.

First, there is no customer service, it is seller support.
Second, Amazon is made to be kind of a self-service for sellers.
They have a very low tier of first-in-line seller support that is probably paid / case because they deny 2-4 cases before sending the case to somebody who can take action.
After some time you will start to understand the automated system and will learn what to do or say to get some things done.
