I don’t seem to be getting any feedback on orders sent out. Nothing for weeks now… How do I ask customers for feedback and should I?

Feedback runs at a rate of about 2-3% of orders. So if you haven’t sent that many out, you just won’t get the feedback.
Amazon do send an email to customers asking for feedback.
You can also do this yourself, but be sure to understand what you can and can’t do, when asking for feedback. There is pretty strict criteria for this.

8000 individual customer sales since may last year only had 20 feedback… 2 Negative Feedback from 1 wrong items sent and 1 customer not read description other 18 positive… Not stopped anyone ordering
