I have Noticed that some of my items that were FBA have been refunded to buyers. ,

My question is: Does Amazon demand returning of the items or do buyers get to keep the item and the money?

I think the policy is to re condition and re sell as used for this category.

Did you review the FBA return insights?

You will find there the specific return order details, such as customer return reason, disposition and return status.

The return status will give you information on what has happened with the item once the return request was submitted.
