Customer policy complaint.

HI guys,

I received a customer policy complaint on my account. The account is at risk of deactivation. The issue is that Amazon did not mention a specific Order ID for which the issue occurs. The main issue is that a family member is responding to customer feedback and he asked different buyers to remove their negative feedback and offered them full refunds for that. He did not have a child access but he have main account logins and now I realize that this is against Amazon policy to ask buyer to change their reviews. I submitted my appeals 3 times and give gurante to Amazon that my famliy member will not involve in my account. But Amazon rejected my appeals and asking me for some documents showing that I have take steps to avoid further issues. But I'm totally confused about what kind of documents I have to submit because he is just a family member, I have not any kind of documentations with him. Kindly help me and guide what documents I have to submit. I discussed it with Amazon customer support also used "Call me now" Option but no one able to tell me what documents I have to submit in this case. Case ID( 17651535821 )

No matter WHO did this, YOU are responsible for it. That is a severe violation Amazon rarely forgives.

You don't have to submit any documents. You have to submit "documentation" explaining how you want to avoid this from happening in the future. You explain what you will do that no one else has access to your account. MAYBE they will forgive you since it's the first time, maybe you are lucky. Write it in a professional and short way and show determination. And apologize, of course.
