Pick up availability
On my shipping settings page -> Order Fulfillment Settings
it shows a box with Pick up availability that is ticked (see screenshot)
I don't have a shop or collection address, but I can't untick the box
I don't sell under prime, just standard shipping settings via Royal Mail
I don't want customers turning up at my home address
What is this, and how do I remove it as the box can't be un-ticked

it is when your courier will collect from your promises.
If you drop your post off it will be the days when you drop your post off.
For most people Monday to Friday collections are normal and you can't change this on Amazon. Some may have additional pick ups at the weekend and should set these as appropriate.
Customers will not be directed to pick up from your home address.
