I use MCF for my eBay orders, and Amazon has delivered an order to the wrong address. The delivery photo doesn’t match the customer’s porch, as seen on Street View. Despite this, Amazon is refusing to reimburse me, citing a policy that doesn’t cover MCF orders once they’ve been delivered, even when it’s clearly to the wrong location. They’ve refused to provide the delivery coordinates, making it impossible to verify. This policy seems entirely skewed in favor of Amazon, leaving small businesses like mine—who generate significant income for them—without support. It’s frustrating to see Amazon once again disregarding the needs of the small businesses that help drive their success.
