Brand + ASIN claimed by another seller but its my brand on my account! Any Ideas?
So i have multiple brands on Amazon
One of my main ones has multiple listings but the two main parent ASINS make up around 70% of the revenue.
Now on my account it shows that:
- I own the brand
- I'm the only account approved to sell the brand
- I own all the ASINS
But whenever i try to update my ASINS it tells me i cannot update anything and the brand owner has to approve and then it sends ME an email on the account i'm logged in on and tells me to update the details ti submit if i want.
It is a complete circle and now i'm losing money because i cant update any of my products.... does anyone have any tips?
