Hi , looking for help regarding verification , its an urgent matter as amazon are holding monies needed to keep the business open , we have had about 8 requests and supplied everything amazon asked , we eventually got it down to them requesting one document which was
"If you are a sole trader (natural person),
-- Provide evidence that you are physically operating your business from your provided address."
we supplied a bill from our landlord ?
alarmingly after that they sent us this notification

-- Online VAT Certificate
-- Self-Assessment notice to complete a tax return

What will happen if I do not provide the required information?
Failure to provide these documents means that you will not be able to disburse using your selling on Amazon account.
