Shipping setting
Hello all, i want to change shipping settings as i have default shipping with longer delivery days, but i can deliver in much short time. But when i click on shipping settings it doesn’t bring me any option to change it. I am running an individual account.

I believe you need to be on the professional selling plan to be able to edit shipping settings.

Regarding the shipping, are you on a profession selling plan? (where you pay £25+vat a month)

Thank you very much for your advice and information. No, i am not paying any professional monthly fee. this is normal individual account only. But i want to change delivery days shorter.

I am currently on Individual plan, and when listing items I can set my ‘Handling time’ (set for 2 days at the moment). I realise that ‘handling’ is different to ‘shipping’, but if you set handling to 1 day then that should reduce your shipping times.
