Can anybody help me with this issue?
actually i have amazon account its on a ltd company and we are 2 partners on company house.
now amazon asking me to provide your beneficial owners and i am the legal represatative of this amazon account and beneficial owner but amazon again and again asking same thing provide beneficial owners details.
My partner has another ltd company and he is got his own amazon account there running his business from there So if i put him on my account as a another beneficial owner would it imapct him on his own amazon account.
Pls help thank you

As your partner part owns the company according to companies house you are required to declare him as a beneficial owner as otherwise Amazon can shut you down as they are required to collect this information by law.

Amazon allows you to have multiple accounts but restricts the categories you are selling in, both companies or owners of both companies cannot sell in the same category
As long as you are not doing this then it will be fine - best to always get amazons agreement for doing this before hand
As it stands, amazon is seeing the two owners on company house, therefore asking for both
If you dont sort they will suspend your account
And they very rarely engage in a conversation with you
