Products not searchable by brand and product names

Our ASINs are not searchable neither with brand name nor brand & product name. We have been facing this problem for a while now. We have been following up with the seller support for the past 40+ plus days with zero support from them, the reply is - that they have rolled out an experiment that improves the customer experience by showcasing products in order of faster delivery promises. Our ASINs doesn't come up in any of the results page, but our ads do show up! Also the search result has products from other brands with lower ratings & even longer delivery time. How can this be acceptable? Its not a generic keywords search, but if a customer is explicitly searching for the product with brand & product name how can they deliberately suppress the product? Is this even ethical? In a way Amazon is forcing us to spend on ads!? Anyone else facing this problem? Any suggestion how to handle this?

I am also facing the same issue. At least the product should be visible with the brand name at every pin code.

UPDATE: After weeks of persistent followups on this regard, a couple of days back in one of the cases, the support member replied 'I am working with our internal team to reach a resolution on your case' instead of rhetoric insensitive replies like 'Customers are encouraged to use refinements' or 'we have rolled out an experiment' or 'faster delivery promises'.

Anyways, as of today my products does show up on search with brand name in most of the pincodes (though its inconsistent) not sure if they had really fixed the issue or its because I had enabled Easy Ship with Prime (this was the only option left to check). Will wait and post further updates after switching back to self ship after few days (don't want to disturb anything now).
