Turn off International Shipping
Hi-
I hope some can please advise or help. I have edited my shipping settings template and turned off international shipping - multiple times. In the settings, it looks like I only ship to the US and territories. But I keep getting international orders, about one per week- I sell only books. I can no longer ship as the cost to ship is usually more than double the amount charged to the buyer, and for a 10-20 book, after Amazon fees, I go in the red over 20 bucks. I have canceled the last couple of orders "and then got an ODR warning. Please help me get this international shipping turned off once and for all. Thanks!

Hi @Seller_LrpQA1u8ynReq,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums and for your patience here!
Are these international orders coming from Canada and/or Mexico by any chance? If so, you may want to set the listings in those regions on vacation mode.
The other option is to go through your shipping templates and turning off all of the international regions - which it sounds like you have already followed this step.
If the orders are continuing after setting to vacation mode and updating your shipping templates, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into your account. Once you open that case, please send me the case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed!
Thanks again,
Jameson
