Virtual Bundle removed - FCC radio frequency entry
A virtual bundle of ours was recently identified as a radio frequency (RF) device product that does not have an FCC ID entry in the fcc_radio_frequency_emission_compliance attribute.
It didn’t matter that the bundled product had no electronic capacity whatsoever and therefore would not require an FCC license.
I submitted my appeal and to my surprise I received the response below. It seems very odd to be told that my product requires an FCC license when it clearly does not.

Hello @Seller_XcsT0rjKcqoNJ
Support case id : 15803750851
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that you have been seeing. You mention that the product does not emit a frequency so it does not require the FCC ID, our team will still need you to attempt to make the edits that are required to the listing. If you can attempt to make the updates and provide a batch ID, our team may be able to take additional action.
To do this, you will need to review the compliance page for the FCC ID. We would recommend reviewing the 'About Advanced option' to see how to go about making the needed adjustments. It will need to be done in a inventory file upload that should generate a batch ID for you to share with our teams. If you have attempted this, please provide the ID in the case for our team to review.
Any other details or updates you have should be provided to this thread for continued support.
Best,
Atlas
