CSBA Program, They keep refunding
Hello All, I wanted to try out this CSBA program a week ago, in just 1 week amazon gave 4 refunds on the behalf of me without even asking me or checking on anything.
3 of those refunds were because 'Item not received' however the tracking clearly states that they were all delivered. (I will upload proof below as well) And one was for 'Damaged during transit' which is also not my fault.
Instead of straight forward refunding, why won't they allow me to send a replacement or fight these claims back? It seems like whoever calls amazon and before they even say Hi, they immediately refund.. What kind of nonsense is this ?
So I went ahead and opted out after 1 week. Any suggestions? Or has anyone also ran into something similar ?

Amazon wants the problem to go away as quickly as possible, and will try to automate all of these CSBA interactions so human staff don't have to intervene. You're paying for the return as well as CSBA, so it's a great success from Amazon's point of view - they make money, customer leaves happy.
Dump CSBA.

Hello @Seller_qndnhPtOdadF6
I'm glad you were able to opt out of CSBA after just one week. Amazon offers various opt-in programs, so researching forums before signing up can be beneficial. Your experience with CSBA provides helpful insight for other sellers considering that program.

Be aware that opting out of this program won't stop what happened here. Amazon is always happy to give away our products and money in the name of customer satisfaction. And all of the reasons here are legitimate reasons that amazon will refund their customers for. Without asking you first.

I highly suggest to never use programs where Amazon is given the authority to issue a refund because that will be their go-to with no questions asked and us sellers have to take the hit on it.

We tried it when amazon first offered it. We left within a month. It is not a good selling partner program.

To heck with Amazon doing the right thing, contact the post office and send them after the customers...

LOL, that is the worst thing to be apart of, this program is the give your money away program. They do not fite for you at all.

Never let others do your customer service imo.

You tried it, you gave up control and now you know why it sucks! Haven't you read any of the forum items about this subject? Seller screwed, Buyer keeps item and gets money, Amazon happy. Being lazy is NEVER a winning plan.

Friendly reminder that we are selling to Amazon and not to the client. They are not our clients, they are Amazon's clients. They can do whatever they want for their clients. As a seller, it is up to you to find the best options that work for your business with Amazon.
