Urgent Help Needed: Account Deactivation and Unresolved Issues

I am reaching out in desperation regarding my account, which has been recently deactivated under circumstances that seem deeply unfair and confusing. Over the past month, I have received two separate Section 3 violations, just weeks apart. While I was diligently working to address the first issue, I was notified of a second, completely unrelated Section 3 violation. Despite my efforts to explain the situation during a video verification, I felt like I was not being understood, leaving me extremely frustrated.
Throughout this period, my account remained active, allowing me to make sales and receive payments, yet I was inexplicably barred from shipping orders. During this time, I also noticed that I was becoming gated for brands that I had previously been ungated for and had been selling successfully. To make matters worse, before all of this, I was dealing with an unusually high number of refunds—around 11 orders per month—due to undeliverable addresses or Amazon being unable to deliver. When I reached out to Amazon support, I was told that such issues happen, but shortly after, my account was deactivated.
In the course of my research, I found that one of my suppliers, Cosmetix Club, might no longer be accepted by Amazon. This is especially concerning because I was ungated for numerous products using invoices from Cosmetix Club. If Amazon trusted these invoices to ungate my products, I assumed that Cosmetix Club was a valid supplier in Amazon’s eyes. It seems that Cosmetix Club has been blacklisted recently, and as a result, my account has been as well.
I have submitted multiple appeals trying to understand what is happening, but I keep hitting a wall. The last response I received from Amazon was that they may no longer respond to my emails. I am at my wit's end. I have done nothing wrong, illegal, or deceptive. I feel as though Amazon is cleaning out small sellers like myself, and it is devastating. I’ve invested in professional advice and therapy, trying to cope with the stress and unfairness of this situation, but I cannot find peace.
I’m pleading for any advice or help that the community can offer to resolve this situation and get my account, and my life, back on track.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that you are experiencing on the account. I understand that you have been attempting to address several concerns regarding authenticity. Our team will be obligated to investigate the concerns they have when there is reason to believe that the products being distributed by yourself and/or the supplier are not authentic. They will request additional information and may attempt to complete video verification as an additional step. Video verification must be requested by the team otherwise it is not an available option.
If they complete this with you and determine that the account issues cannot be resolved, we may be unable to guarantee any kind of resolution for the issues you are seeing. The only way you will be able to move forward is if there is new information provided that has not previously been submitted that can be validated.

I understand you.
I was selling on Amazon and my account was deactivated because of multiple account policy. Related account is my brother’s account and it was deactivated in 2023 May.
My account was deactivated in 2024 February.
I called Amazon so many times, i talked with Amazon account health specialist, i prepared so many documents and shared with Amazon team but they don’t accept.
Now, they insist me to reactivate my brother’s account first. Amazon thinks that i am responsible from my brother’s account.
Amazon holds 18365 CAD in my account since February 2024 and they say they will not release my funds!
Please note that Amazon doesn't say why the accounts are related. So, you can't find the root cause and you can't solve the issue.
This is my story on Amazon.
I am judged by Amazon because of some other person's account even he is my brother!
