Lost buy box because Amazon found our price is not competitive compare to retailers outside Amazon. What can we do?
Amazon price is higher than other retailer outside. Yes , it is true. Because Amazon offers best service for return, and best shipping service from FBA. also because Amazon charge a lot of fees on Seller for many of reasons. Both Seller and Buyer accept this and work together to make Amazon richest company of the world. But Now Amazon just found a lower price from other retailer , and force seller to lower the price ( from 39 to 29) to match the price outside. otherwise , they wont offer the buybox on the listing. Buy this way , they wont let seller to sell, also ask consumer to buy from other retailer? what is the benefit for Amazon?
As a seller , what can we do? Amazon didn't do anything to lower the sellers running cost , AD cost etc. And just ask seller to lower 30% of the price . Does seller has the 30% margin before.
We cant change our price to Amazon target price. why Amazon force seller to do the charity using seller's money?

They should have the margin if they're buying from Brand Authorized Wholesale Distribution.
I can see if you are doing arbitrage how you couldn't meet the price though.

you can create a ticket then someone will contact you. You need to provide the major competitor's price and give them the information. my case the external price was even lower than what brand owner listed on US Amazon (Amazon's own listing). Someimes it won't work, then you will need to wait. they will reset that external competitive price 3-6 months after.
