Buyer claim that he didn't get the item 1.5 year after the order date
I just got a message from a buyer about an order from Nov 2022. He claims tat he never got it, and I need to respond.
On my main store (Shopify) it is marked as delivered, but I can't proof it, as the tracking system doesn't keep data for so long, so I just get no information. I contacted amazon by chat but didn't receive an answer.... What should I do?

This is long past the time frame when a buyer may expect resolution. Just inform them of this in a polite way.

Tell them that you had issued their refund, but it will take 18 months to show up on their card statement.....
