I am at a loss to understand why suddenly I have acquired 2 new marketplaces, completely unsolicited, on my account, together with emails in the corresponding languages and 2 other messages saying ‘As per your request, the credit card information associated with your seller account on Amazon has been updated. Future account charges will be made to this credit card.
If you did not request this change, please contact Seller Support’. Well I made NO such request so contacted Seller Support and after 3 attempts gave up as I was given conflicting advice and told I could not remove the marketplaces I never asked for in the first place!!!. What I want to know is WHY is this happening and what possible purpose does it serve. I know of several other sellers who have had the same experience and we are all as mad as hell. There is no logic to it, the marketplace countries seem to be random, Poland/Holland/Sweden. Does anybody have any idfea what is going on here?
