My ASIN does not emitt radio frequency so why I need to provide FCC ID?

Case ID: 17956809281

My ASIN was wrongly catagorized as a radio frequency device. This product does not support radio frequency function, so we do no have any FCC ID for radio frequency.

This is wrongly fall under the catagory of coin battery. I have explained in the case but failed. Please help me.

I don't sell coin battery so why I need to sumbmit compliance document for battery?

I appealed but the machine rejected it. Please help me.

Hi there @Seller_vGHZRcN7V0o5w,

I'm sorry you are having this issue with your product being identified as a radio frequency device and including a button battery. In order to appeal these issues you will need to provide documentation that demonstrates that this product does not have this functionality. I recommend you attempt to appeal with Redistricted Products and Compliance with your manuals, images, and other content that demonstrates your product doesn't have these features. If you have any difficulties please provide your case ID and I will investigate further. thank you for your understanding.

-Glenn
