Funds are on hold for almost a year now!

Our funds are being held up at Account Level Reserve, despite us submitting all required documents and going through the verification process a few times.

We have not been able to disburse any funds since March 2023. This is coming to a YEAR since we had any revenue from Amazon paid to us. We had to take loans a couple of time to cover the business overheads and pay for our staff. We have contacted Amazon CS over 100 times since then, via email and cases through the seller center.

The Financial Ombudsman has also been informed about this mess and Amazon rep acknowledged the claim promising that we would hear back from them with an answer within 15 days. It has been 2 months to that email we received.

Our account is fully verified and healthy without any issues in all UK and EU marketplaces. We keep trading, but is there a point?! We will have declare ourselves bankrupt because of incompetence and apathetic approach of your call center, chat and other CS reps. What can we do!? Are you going to release our funds or shall we go ahead with a claim at court?

After one year, I would not have let the situation go on for this long and especially because the funds will keep rising if you insist on continuing sales through amazon. Have you thought of taking legal action against amazon through the courts?

Yes there will be fees and possibly legal costs etc but for piece of mind may be worth considering?
