We will need to see the full suspension noticed and subsequent appeal to provide more definitive assistance.
This notice is stating Amazon are not accepting the invoices provided to prove authenticity, this being the primary issue to resolve before submitting a reinstatement appeal.

The product was 100% original, the company delivering us sent the quality certificates, which was also sent to Amazon - rejected. I do not download goods from China,I buy it in my country from the largest distributor in Central and Eastern Europe.
One person in the forum told me that since Amazon rejected several invoices several times, it is better to admit to “untruths”. That is why such an entry in POA.
