If the product is related to a cartoon film then is does a product have a license from the brand to use their images, film name etc? If not then you will not be able to sell it anywhere.
The brand shouldn't be generic, it should be the name of the film, the character from the film or the name of the company who makes the film (Warner Bros, Disney etc). It is a bit of a grey area which brand name to use but it shouldn't be generic as it is a branded item.
