FBA shipment closed with discrepancies

Hello,

I have the shipment question with ID FBA178RHRBWW.

My shipment arrived and checked in the GYR2 fulfillment center on 12th of September 2023, then they received only 94 units. However I had sent 1932 units in total. Moreover the shipment was decided to be transfered to GYR3 fulfillment center, but Amazon changed the location. After waiting patiently GYR2 fullfillment center closed the shipment with discrepancies on October 2, 2023.

Then, I waited for the investigation on October 24, 2023, The date had been pushed back to November 6, 2023. Next, they asked me for the invoice, contract, POD, and bill of loading to prove this shipment truly arrived at FBA and that I truly own these units. Of course, I provided all these documents with signature and stamp to Amazon support.

They replied to me slowly, and each time they came up with a little bit of a new rule and even asked me to provide the invoice for another shipment that arrived within that time frame, but the other shipment was already on the shelf normally, so it needed no investigation.

I have provided the materials that prove this shipment belongs to me and the materials that this shipment has indeed been delivered to the Amazon fulfillment center. I sincerely hope that the investigation can be started as soon as possible. There are only two cases:

1. If you can find the goods, please put them on the shelves for sale according to the missing quantity ASAP;

2. If the goods cannot be found, start the compensation process ASAP;

I hope Amazon will give us a strong hand and help us sellers solve practical problems.

Go to your inventory ledger report and look for any changes marked with the shipment ID in question. Most discrepancies I have been told are from "virtual" transfers being incorrectly assigned to the shipment.

Reply to the same case showing where there was a mishap in internal transfers. Stay on the same case. Eventually someone will either find it, explain it, or reimburse it.
