International question.. Am I able to/should I make all countries other then the US Inactive?
I am no longer doing FBA. I have no products at Amazon. I am only doing FBM. I have countries such as Canada, Mexico, and Brazil active with no inventory. Do I need to make them inactive?
I don't wanna have to pay any fees or have insurance since I am not selling in these countries.

If you have a Professional account, you will pay $39.99 per month. This covers all of those countries, and the fee is not reduced when you put any of them on Vacation mode. And you should also make sure there are no active items in them as well.
If you want no monthly fee, downgrade to Individual account. There are still fees when you sell items.
