Screenshot your VTR defect report so that fellow sellers can analyse it and advise on what is happening. Make sure all the spreadsheet column widths are adjusted to show the complete content.

Click here then on yellow "download report" button

PS how early or late you despatch and how early or late deliveries are made is irrelevant for VTR. What matters is how you record your tracking, if you are using a service with tracking.

Yes, it is all down to how you confirm shipment, whether tracked or untracked (you don't have to send everything tracked), and how you purchase your shipping.
