We are happy to announce the launch of Transparency tamper-evident seals.
Transparency is an Amazon Brand Protection programme that helps prevent counterfeits from reaching customers through product serialisation. The programme now offers the option to print and apply Transparency labels in the form of tamper-evident seals.

Transparency tamper-evident seals are compliant with Amazon’s safe factory seal requirements for hygienic and topical products, and enable Amazon to prevent the resale of opened products. Each seal will bear a unique Transparency code that is scanned to verify that every unit dispatched to customers is authentic.

Major flaw in the transparency program,
you have to upload the serial number when you despatch the order;
it is included as part of the workflow in seller central,
but not in ship.amazon for those using amazon shipping,
we have a product which the manufacturer has enrolled in the scheme;
when the transparency program went live - we messaged the amazon shipping team who passed our query to the seller support team
who after 4 weeks still kept sending us incorrect answers (it was as if they were answering a different question)
and couldnt explain how it would work with amazon shipping (the answer we know now is that it doesnt).
