Royal Mail Tracked 48 Missing from SFP shipping Options?

We have items that are SFP Small & Light and up till Friday, we have sent these Royal Mail Tracked 48 via Amazon Buy Shipping.

Went to do some today and the Royal Mail Tracked 48 is not available to purchase, only Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Anyone else seen this today and/or have i missed an announcement?

As an example, we have an order that must be shipped today with an estimated delivery date of Fri, 10 May 2019 to Mon, 13 May 2019, but the only ship option is Royal Mail Tracked 24, which will probably be delivered tomorrow.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is more than adequate for this order to meet the estimated delivery date.

When looking to purchase shipping from within the order i can click on the “See all Options” and it has the following:

Royal Mail - Royal Mail Tracked 48 It is not a premium offering - Expected delivery date Thu, May 9

I have had an update when calling Amazon SS.

They know about the issue.

We can send via Royal Mail Tracked 48 through pour own RM account and then supply Amazon with the order numbers so they can be passed onto the Performance team so that the metrics are not hit.

I’ve got this same problem. I have phoned Amazon and they have told me to ship the items with our Royal Mail click and drop system and copy over the tracking number onto each order onto Amazon. They said this will not affect our metrics. They said this is an ongoing issue which their technical support are already aware of and are trying to resolve the problem.

Well, after reporting the issue to Amazon, having the issue “owned” by Amazon and given instructions to follow so metrics would not be hit and following the instructions, i received the dreaded email - Seller Fulfilled Prime - Performance drop in Buy Shipping Service Usage Rate - Week 19

“Your Amazon Buy Shipping Usage rate for your Seller Fulfilled Prime orders has fallen below the 98% requirement of the program. In the period from 6th May to 11th May ( Week 19 ) , your Buy Shipping service Usage rate was 65.95%”

I’ve not lost SFP, but have to supply an Action Plan, which usually means taking ownership of the issue, i’m thinking a few double negatives might be needed!!

“We foolishly relied on Amazon Shipping to work so we could create the correct labels”

In truth, we will link the case we opened, but why they couldn’t link it themselves is beyond me, well maybe not.
